Registered Office Address*All Irish companies are required to have a registered office address in Ireland - to receive official correspondence. Use ours to hide your personal address from the public register.
Company Secretary Service*All companies are required to appoint a Company Secretary. It's a legal requirement to appoint someone with the skills and resources for the job.

Irish Identification Number (IPN) - €79 /person*All Directors (and Shareholders with more than 25%) without an Irish PPS number need a verified identification number (IPN) before the company can be registered. You will need to visit a Notary Public in your town/city and then we will do the rest.
People
Non-Resident Bond (no EEA resident director only)*If none of your directors are resident in the EEA, Irish law requires a two-year non-resident (Section 137) bond as security against certain penalties. You only need it when no director qualifies.

2Can't I just file it myself through the CRO?
